Q. How do I know if it's okay for me to take the course? back to top

A. The court that issued your citation will grant you permission to attend. As long as our program is on your list of approved courts you may take our program.

Q. How long is the exam? Is it hard to pass? back to top

A. The final exam is 25, 40 or 50 questions based on your courts requirements and we have an excellent passing rate. If you do not pass you can take the exam again.

Q. Can I use more than one computer? Can I use somebody else's computer? back to top

A. Yes, you can log onto our website from any computer with Internet access.

Q. What do you charge for course tuition? back to top

A. The cost of our course starts at $19.99, various by court and their requirements. See registration page for your total.

Q. I'm not good at tests; what if I fail the chapter quiz or final exam? back to top

A. If you happen to fail the final exam you can retake the exam as many times as you need to until you pass. There is no addition charge.

Can I take the course at any time of the day or week? back to top

A. Yes, our website is 24 hours a day 7 day a week access. Just log off and back on at anytime simply using your drivers license number.

Q. Just how secure is your site? back to top

A. All information and payments received on our site is stored on a secure server. We never give out any of personal information to a third party.

Q. I don't have an email address. Can I still take the course? back to top

A. It is strongly recommended that you provide us an email address. We use this to communicate with you. We will send you a payment receipt and passing confirmation to your email address. You can always get a free email account from websites such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com

Q. It slipped my mind and my due date is in a few days! Will the court give me more time? back to top

A. Luckily, the court that issued your citation allows us to submit your certificate of completion directly to the court. Your certificate will be processed and submitted the following business day after you pass.

Q. What is a case, citation or docket number? back to top

A. The case, citation or docket number can be easily located on the court papers that were mailed to you regarding your citation. This information will be printed on your certificate so the court can properly file your certificate.

Q. How do I pay? back to top

A. You can pay using our secure server by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We also offer 'check by net' where you can pay through your checking account right online.

Q. Is the final exam "open book"? Can I review the course while answering the questions? back to top

A. You will be able to pull up a separate window to review course material while taking the final exam. This link will be provided to you on the final exam page.

Q. How do the completion certificates work? back to top

A. The certificate of completion will be processed within one business day after you pass. We suggest following up with the court in 7-14 days to confirm dismissal of your case.

Q. What if my computer crashes or I lose my connection in the middle of the course? back to top

A. Our site automatically saves your progress. Simply log back onto our website and click re-enter. You will be placed in the program right where you left off.

Q. Can I get help over the phone? back to top

A. Yes, just call our customer service line at 800-357-0699 during the business hours of 5AM to 10PM Mon-Fri and 5AM to 8PM on weekends. Someone will be glad to assist you.

Q. What do you mean by "Security Questions" and "Security Inserts"? back to top

A. Throughout the course text we have inserted statements that have nothing to do with driving or traffic safety. One might be: "My grandma loved ice cream sandwiches." These security inserts are very easy to find, as they do not have anything to do with the subject of traffic but only if you read the entire course. We recommend that you write down the security inserts as you see them in case you come across that question in the quiz.
